I can clearly remember the moments when life pushed me to a place where I realized that EVERYTHING I believed in up until that moment was wrong. The day I got laid off from the company I worked for after 7 years of being a loyal employee, the day I was diagnosed with cancer and the day my husband left me. It's funny. I don't remember the exact details of each experience but I can remember exactly how I felt. I was devastated. My very foundation was shaken. And my entire belief system went out the window.
What I've learned
I'm going to have to steal a quote from Oprah because I can't say it better than this:
"Whispers are always messages, and if you don't hear the message, the message turns into a problem. And if you don't handle the problem, the problem turns into a crisis. And if you don't handle the crisis, disaster. Your life is speaking to you. What is it saying?"
